When I think about an approach to hitting that young kids would benefit from understanding, I think of Albert Pujols.
His set-up is simple, he uses his lower-half better than anyone I can think apart from Bryce Harper. He’s selectively aggressive and plays the game the right way.
My favorite was tip #5. “All it takes is one swing to click”.
