First I’d just like to say thank you to everyone who has been so patient. I know some of you have been getting a bit anxious for the new training courses to arrive in the Hitting Machine Academy.
Now that summer baseball is upon us…strength training will be here to stay atleast for the next few months.
I can tell that some of you are really focused on getting bigger and stronger.
And others seem passionate about knowing how to use their bodies in a way that will allow them to achieve the next level of hitting.
For the most part, we all are wanting to be able to hit the ball in the gap consistently or finally hit one over the fence!
If that’s what you want, you have to understand where POWER in your swing comes from…
It comes from the ground up.
Having a solid foundation and knowing how to use your legs in a way that duplicates correct “power” movements in your swing is the “name of the game”.
So you all have been searching for an effective way to develop a way to accomplish this at the plate.

For every baseball player who is striving to develop a sound swing that generates legitmate bat-speed, incorporate balance and good posture as an effective method to avoiding common mechanical flaws in the swing.
How will this training help me?
It will provide you with the opportunity to take your progress and development as a hitter in your own hands.
Knowing that you’re doing everything within your power to become a better hitter is a great confidence builder and we all know how effective we are at the plate when we’re confident.
What if I don’t like it or what if I don’t see results.
