Focus- Concentrated awareness and effort.

When a players is in training to become the best version of himself as an athlete he must pass through the seemingly mundane and casual aspects of his craft.

He must be willing to do the same action over and over and over again until he achieves tacit knowledge which is the sensation of not being able to describe the process of how you accomplish something but is able to do it on an instinctual level. The tacit knowledge is what allows you to hit a 95 mph fast-ball or a dirty slider.

You must have focused training to sharpen your skills.

The question is how focused is your baseball training?
